"Glucosamine" from the makers of Topricin has been the only product of it's type that has work to stop the pain and "clicking" in my knee. Several years ago I had knee surgery. In spite of that I have remained active with weight lifting and the martial arts. This obviously puts that knee under stress. I've tried countless joint supplements with disappointing results.
