Have been using this product for about 5 months for plantar faciitis, nerve compression and heel bruise. Am an avid hiker who has been limited by these problems. While new orthotics were a big factor in helping, still needed more. This product has made it possible for hikes less than 10 miles with about 80% reduction in pain. Not perfect and requires reapplication every 3-4 hours but much better. I agree with other reviews on the regular Topricin...effects are cumulative and one must be diligent to maintain relief, which is hard to do when it doesn't hurt! Re: ingredients...there are a few extra ingredients over the regular version. No idea if this makes a difference. Bottom line, much better than anything else I've tried.
