A promised growth deal with a funding partner turned into something very different: they withheld capital, broke commitments, and an attempted takeover of our company. To protect Topricin’s legacy and the people who depend on it, we had no choice but to file for Chapter 11 restructuring.
The fallout left us with limited inventory and no way to serve our loyal customers. For the first time in our history, shelves sat empty and Topricin product wasn't in production...

In July 2025, we launched our Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign. This campaign wasn’t about testing a new idea, it was about protecting a proven one.
